Who We Are
The Centre for Ethical Conduct Orientation and Empowerment (CECOE) is a distinguished non-governmental organization committed to advancing ethical leadership, civic responsibility, and integrity-driven development. Established in 2012 and officially incorporated in 2016, CECOE is duly recognized by local and international bodies and operates in collaboration with public institutions, private stakeholders, and civil society actors.
Our Mission
At the heart of CECOE’s mission is the belief that the decline in ethical standards is a root cause of many of society’s challenges: corruption, weak governance, and the erosion of public trust. CECOE exists to reorient minds, rebuild institutions, and reawaken society to the transformative power of ethical conduct.
What We Do
Through advocacy, enlightenment, training, leadership summits, media campaigns, and stakeholder engagement, CECOE fosters a culture where values such as integrity, transparency, accountability, and service are upheld as national ideals. Our flagship event, the National Integrity, Leadership and Development Summit & Awards, gathers thought leaders, policymakers, and reformers to celebrate exemplary leadership.
