About Us
Nigeria is sitting on a youth population of over 70%. Yet, millions are trapped in unemployment, crime, idleness, and frustration. This is both a national risk and a national opportunity.
Nigeria faces an urgent youth crisis. Each year, universities and polytechnics graduate thousands of students into an economy that cannot absorb them. Millions more youths, with no access to higher education, are left idle. Idleness breeds insecurity, crime, drug abuse, cyberfraud, militancy, and other social vices that undermine our nation’s peace and prosperity.
The Centre for Ethical Conduct Orientation & Empowerment (CECOE) is responding with a bold initiative: the Gen. Christopher Musa Innovation & Entrepreneurship Hub. This hub is designed to give Nigerian youths the tools, mindset, and opportunities to move from idleness to innovation, from street to self-reliance.
This initiative embodies General Musa’s passion for civil-military cooperation, peacebuilding, and national development, providing a bridge between security and prosperity.
